How to read the response
Low divergence usually indicates the requested action stays inside a stable basin. Higher divergence means downstream effects are pulling toward destructive or ambiguous state changes.
Evidence labels summarize why the engine escalated or blocked a request: destructive writes, intent divergence, egress mismatch, privilege shifts, session escalation patterns.
ALLOW continues automatically. WARN moves into operator review with an explicit approve/block decision. BLOCK terminates execution and preserves the proof hash for downstream audit.
